Best Dorms at CSU

Before the end of this school year, you'll need to decide where you want to live for next year. Luckily, at CSU there are various dorm options. In fact, there are 11 active residence halls on campus. When you're considering the best dorms at CSU, there are several factors to think about. Do you want the biggest rooms, the most parties, or the quietest dorm? Knowing what you're looking for can help you find exactly what you need.

Academic Village

One of the highest-rated dorm options on campus is Academic Village. In fact, collegian.com gave the dorms a 9/10 rating. You can get a private bathroom in single or double rooms, and there are also double rooms in a quad. It's close to everything you need to do on campus, and the dining hall at the dorm offers amazing food until 1 a.m. At Academic Village, you'll also get a variety of perks such as outdoor patio areas, on-site parking, and air conditioning in the rooms.

Braiden Hall

Don't get stuck with a communal bathroom when you choose Braiden Hall. The double and single suites feature private bathrooms to give you that extra bit of peace. The dorm is only a few minutes' walk from the heart of campus, keeping you focused on what you need to get done. The dining hall even allows you to order online, making it extremely convenient to eat when you're constantly studying or on the run. You'll also get air conditioning, parking, and gorgeous outdoor areas to study or relax.

Parmelee Hall

Choose either a double or a single suite, which allows you to choose exactly how you want to get through next year. The student recreation center is just across from Parmelee Hall, making it a convenient option for getting to class or staying active. The dining hall is actually connected to Corbett Hall, giving you some of the most diverse dining options on campus. Plus, since you're right next to Corbett Hall, you're together with a diverse and interesting group of students from your own dorm area and Corbett. You'll get parking, outdoor recreation areas, and air conditioning on the fourth floor when you choose Parmelee Hall.

Corbett Hall

Corbett Hall is located right next to Parmelee Hall and is another of the top options on campus. Get a roommate or choose a single suite, depending on what you need. Like Parmelee Hall, the student recreation center is extremely close, which means that you can easily keep up on all your activities. The rest of campus isn't far, either. Dedicated parking, air conditioning, and a large outdoor area make this a fun option for those who are looking for a dorm that makes socializing easy.

No matter what you're looking for in the perfect dorm, there are several to choose from at CSU. Take a tour of each of your top dorm options to help make your final decision. Whether your focus is on a quiet dorm or somewhere you can meet new friends, these dorms all offer something unique.
