DU Off-Campus and Greek House Pickup Schedule June 2025
Our Free pick up dates for DU off-campus students are Saturday, June 7th - Sunday, June 15th ( 9 days to choose from)
We can pick up your items any day and at any time. When you register your account online, pick a day and 2-hour window for us to show up.
Throughout the rest of the summer and the year – Any day, including weekends. (Except for Holidays) Our daily pick times are from 9:30 am to 5 p.m. each day throughout the summer.

Some DU students need Short-term moving and storage between leases at the end of July and early August or throughout the Summer. We can help you out with this. DU In-House Greek SORORITIES and FRATERNITIES - We will show up at your house and pick up your items on the day you ask for. We will call or text you when we are on the way. If you leave before we arrive, please leave your items in the lobby labeled with your name and confirmation #. We will text you to confirm we have picked them up. We can also pick them up from your room if needed.
Please fill out the signup form online. You can indicate the day and a two-hour window for us to show up.
Box Delivery Schedule
Sunday, May 25th - 11 a.m. – 2 p.m
Sunday, June 1st - 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday, June 8th - 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
1. OFF Campus residences-Greek Houses-We will deliver a box kit of 12 boxes (3 different sizes), tape, poster tube, marker, and tags to your residence from 10 am -4 pm on both of these days. We will call or text you when on the way. If you are away, we will leave a box kit labeled with your name and confirmation # at your front door, the front desk of your apartment building, or in the lobby of your Greek house.
2. After these dates, We can ship you a box kit anytime for an additional $59. It takes three to four days to arrive. The kit includes ten boxes (four large, three medium, and three small) and tape, labels, and tie tags.
** Rule # 1-Do not store food. It will draw insects and critters into your boxes. If we find food in your boxes or plastic bins you will be billed a $250 surcharge.
** Please login to your account and print out labels using the label paper we gave you if you can. If you do not have a printer, write on sticker labels your name and confirmation # on them and put on your items
**Please put 4 labels on any large item and 2 labels on any small item. Use the tie tags we give you if the labels won't stay affixed.
**Please use the marker we gave you and write your full name and confirmation # on all 4 sides of any box you give us.
** All students, please be ready for us. Have items labeled, packed up, and ready to go.
** Use tie tags for all ski bags, snowboard bags, suitcases, bikes, and items that normal sticker tags will fall off of.
**ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS- You need to have your items downstairs and ready to go at the beginning of your pick-up time for your residence hall!! We are on an EXTREMELY tight schedule. Please give yourself extra time to bring your items downstairs to the designated pick-up location for your hall before we show up.
**Storage customers: WE CAN STORE ANYTHING (INCLUDING VEHICLES), IT DOES NOT NEED TO GO IN A BOX! Any items like bikes, skis, snowboards, futons, plastic containers (pack em full of stuff), desk chairs, any furniture, lamps, etc. do not need to be boxed, they are fine the way they are! We can store all items, they do not need to be in a box!
**All flat-screen TVs must be repacked and boxed, or we will do this for you on pick up. There is a $75 - $100 depending on the size of the TV. This charge is for custom TV boxes, packing material, and time.
** Shipping customers: WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We put $500 of insurance on every item we ship for free and email you tracking numbers. We have bubble wrap available on the box delivery days if you need it. Any items that do not fit in our boxes and you want to be shipped, just give them to us the way they are and we will re-pack them at our warehouse and then ship them for you. We repack and ship a lot of Bikes and Flat Screen TV's for students!
** Do both Summer Storage and Shipping Services: Many students use both, our shipping and storage services at the same time!! Just label and tell us which items you want to be shipped and which ones you want to be stored, it's that simple!
** Return Unused Boxes: Students can take as many boxes as they want. Students who do not return any unused boxes when we pick up their items will be charged for them
