We offer free deliveries for all Summer Storage and "Ship to School" customers from Saturday, August 16th through Saturday, August 23rd. ( 8 days to choose from). This is a huge incentive to use a locally owned business instead of a national chain company with limited delivery dates.
We will be closed on July 4th and 5th (a Holiday), Sunday, August 24th, and Monday, August 25th. Our employees need rest and to get ready for classes.
Residence halls open Thursday, August 21st for returning students.
CSU orientation dates are Thursday, August 21st, and Friday, August 22nd
All deliveries are from 10 am- 5:30 pm
1. log in to your account no later than August 1st and update your delivery info.
2. Make sure to add any special instructions if you need to in the notes box.
3. The day before your delivery, you will receive a text confirming your delivery for the following day.
4. Be patient, we are coming. We know you are picking a specific delivery window; we will do our best to hit that window. If we don't, be patient; we're coming and very busy. Our employees will call or text when on the way to your residence on your delivery day. You do not need to wait around for us. Go run errands in Foco or get lunch; we will text you when you are 15 minutes away, and you can come to meet us.

If you like, please call or email the office on the day of your delivery after 10 am for an estimated delivery time. You, a friend, a roommate, a landlord, or a parent will need to be at your new residence to sign for your items, or we will not deliver them.
We understand that many of you will not know where you are moving to or when you are returning to Fort Collins until later in the summer or at the last minute. This is fine, and we understand! Please update your account with your delivery information ASAP "if" later than August 1st.
If you need an extra semester of storage, that's no problem; just let us know. We can store items for as long as you need.

Our moving fee is $58 for every 20 minutes or $175 per hour. We go extremely fast. Assembly rates for items like bed frames are $58 every 20 minutes.
Special Delivery Rates: If you would like a special delivery before August 9th or after Monday, August 25th, the special delivery charge is $75 until August 31st; after that, throughout the year, the special delivery rate is $250 and based on availability. You need to email or call the office beforehand to set up.
Warehousing fee- If you want to meet us at our warehouse to pick up your items, there will be a $50 warehousing fee for this service. Please email or call the office beforehand to set up. All warehouse pick-ups are based on when we are available, and you need to be on time for whatever time we set up to meet you.
All storage is paid up through the first day of classes; after that, you will be charged a surcharge of $25 - $50 per week for extra storage. Through August 31st, you will be charged storage for another semester. Again, it is okay to store items for an extra semester(s); just let us know.

If you log in and try to put in a delivery date 48 hours from when you log in to your account our system will reject your info you won't be able to do it. You need to call the office and deliveries are based on availability. Please don't wait till the last minute. We are extremely busy.
All our employees are current college students. We ask that if they do a good job, please tip them. Our staff works extremely hard, day after day in high heat, and move a ton of students' items up and down stairs. Please be nice to them and understand they are college kids and can use the extra money, so tips are very appreciated. They are doing their best.

If an item of yours goes missing, you have to give us some time. We ask that before we pay out on a lost item, you give us up to 1 week after school starts. This is because the warehouse will empty out, and your missing item will appear. An item goes "missing" mainly because the label falls off. Don't worry. We will pay for missing items if you don't get them back, but you will have to be patient! I'm sorry for the inconvenience; we are dealing with thousands of items, and it happens; it's not personal. Trust me, we want you to get everything back you gave us for Summer storage, but we are super slammed during deliveries sometimes to even look for missing items until School begins.
